B12 HHO Gas Generator is a powerful electrolysis system, designed to improve combustion process of the fossil fuel engine. It is delivered as kit for the installation by the User. The equipment is CE LVD certified. Suitable for internal combustion engines of up to 8 litres displacement.

* HHO Cell *

The electrolyser cell is designed for reliable, continuous, and controllable HHO gas production in harsh, automotive-type environment. The cell assembly consists of casing, top cover, electrical connection terminals, gas supply hose barb nipple, electrolyte refill cap, and level indicator module. The cell is made of polypropylene and follows the same design principles as a car battery in terms of resistance to vibration, aggressive chemicals, and temperature variations.

The electrode plates are made from A4 316L grade stainless steel for continuous reliable HHO gas production. The external power is supplied to the electrodes by means of two power threaded terminals, made from A2 304 grade stainless steel. For improved electrical conductivity, the galvanised steel washers and nuts are used.

Electronic level detection function allows for most precise control over the electrolyte level, for ease of maintenance and improved system reliability.

* HHO Controller *

The HHO controller module houses the power electronics assembly which manages the efficient production of the HHO gas, protects the cell, and performs various monitoring, control, and protection functions. To maximise the fuel-saving potential of the kit, the HHO production is configured in two planes. A low-volume HHO feed starts when the engine is idling. As soon as the engine speed surpasses 1,250 RPM a high-volume HHO production kicks in. The high-volume HHO production rate is user-configurable by means of jumper connectors. This innovative feature allows to combine the best of both worlds, a negligible system load at low RPM, and significant HHO volume addition at high engine speeds.

The controller casing is made of black polystyrene. A cooling fan assembly is mounted on the outside of the controller casing. On the opposite side of the controller, two LEDs are provided for self-diagnostic and service purposes. The electrical connections on the front side of the controller are clearly marked for ease of installation.

* HHO gas moisture stripper (Bubbler) *

The function of the Bubbler is to strip most of the remaining moisture from the output HHO gas, before it enters the air intake duct. The body of the Bubbler is made of transparent acrylic PMMA (Polymethyl methacrylate), allowing for convenient visual monitoring of the gas production and water level control.

As the HHO gas enters the Bubbler, it passes through a sponge element. When the resulting gas bubbles are forced up through the water, most of the remaining moisture in the bubbles is absorbed by water, and the resulting dryer gas is then ready for injection to the air intake duct.

* Indicator module *

The indicator module is made from brushed stainless steel. Its function is to provide basic information about the functioning of the HHO system to the user. The numeric display provides the system current value in Amps. The green and red LEDs indicate the level and the state of the electrolyte in the system cell. The indicator module connects to the PWM controller via a 3-pin MIL-style connector cable.
